Latest Cogan Condo Locker Project in Boston, MA

The Boston Tea PartyThe latest Cogan Condo Locker project will be installed in a basement area of a landmark building in the City of Boston, MA. The plaque shows a bit of the buildings past history. The condo association recently took over a section in the basement and want to use a portion of the new space for Tenant Storage Lockers. A site visit has been done and the final design is being worked out. The space feature several different ceiling heights which need to be incorporated in the design.

Latest Cogan Wire Partition Installed in Metro-West Boston

Here are some pictures from the latest Cogan Wire Partition job to be installed in New England. The dealer, United Industrial Service, Inc., did a first class job with this project. The two Cogan Partition cages will be used for parts storage at a manufacturing facility outside of Boston. The cage with the service window and man door was designed and installed with the anticipation, when budgets allow, of adding a Cogan Mezzanine inside it, which will effectively double the storage space within the same footprint.

Latest Cogan Partition and Mezzanine Jobsite in Greater Boston

Here are a few pictures of the latest Cogan Wire Partition Jobsite in Metrowest Boston. Phase one of the job will be the installation of Cogan Wire Partition cages in both of these locations. Phase two will be adding a Cogan Mezzanine within the footprint of the future cage in the first picture. This Cogan Mezzanine will be used for product storage. The end user will be able to double his floor space in that area with the addition of the mezzanine.
