  2. Delrin Bearing

The Delrin bearing is an engineered product from DuPont. This bearing is very effective through a wide temperature range. An excellent bearing to use where water or other liquids are present, the bearing is corrosion resistant.

Ball Bearing

Radial ball bearings are used in pairs and are press fit into the hub. They are used where maximum rollability is required. Excellent bearing for light-medium duty applications.

Roller Bearing

Capable of carrying higher loads, the straight roller bearing has a two piece construction. The metal split outer raceway is fitted into the hub and the rolling element is inserted. The roller cage is constructed of thermoplastic material. Metal roller cage is optional for high heat applications.

Caged Roller Bearing

The caged roller bearing offers a one piece straight roller bearing. The outer raceway has the ends formed to provide roller element retention. This is the ideal bearing for solid polyurethane wheels.

Sleeve Bearing

Sleeve bearings are press-fit into the wheel hub. Manufactured from sintered iron or oil-impregnated bronze, this bearing is used for light loads or where re-lubrication is a problem.

Tapered Roller Bearing

The tapered roller bearing is a two piece bearing constructed of a cup and cone. The cup is press fit into the wheel hun. The cone sets into the cup and is held in place with retainer washers. This type bearing is best used with heavy loads. Excellent bearing for high speed applications due to its friction absorbing capabilities.
