ProCart™

Time saving, smart working and innovative. Box-top to Flat-top, the first “double-duty” utility cart. It’s engineered to adapt to all the ways - and all the places - you work. Flip it’s side gates down and the ProCart™ is a flat-top cart - perfect for sliding boxes on and off the shelves in the warehouse. Quickly flip its side gates up and the ProCart™ is a box-top cart. Use it to securely transport cartons, medical supplies, or mixed items. Adding optional equipment and containers, the ProCart™ becomes a customized, portable work center for the assembly line or warehouse.

The deep molded-in compartments keep your hand held computer, scanner, coffee mug* or other items within your reach - yet secured - during transport. Comfortable, full-width handles give you complete handling control.

*Only the Large ProCart™ has mug holder.

Even under it’s 400-pound (180kg) maximum payload, the ProCart™ easily maneuvers around tight corners and through narrow aisles. Each shelf can hold a hefty 200 lbs. (90kg).

Built for years of rugged use, the ProCart™ is made of high-density polyethylene structural foam. The panels are dent-resistant, rust-proof and never need painting.

Quickly and easily convert the ProCart™ to a flat-top or a box-top cart with one hand. Hinged side gates on both shelves flip up or down for different cart configurations. Tools aren’t needed for these conversions.

ProCart™ Accessories AkroBins®

Use the Rail Kit to hang AkroBins® on you ProCart™. Here’s and example of a Large Gray ProCart® 30936, Large Rail Kit 30906, and Large Cart Option A which consists of 48 ea. 30220 AkroBin® and 12 ea. 230230 AkroBin®. ProCart™, Rail Kit and AkroBins® are sold separately. AkroBin® and ProCart™ color must be specified when ordering.

ProCart™ Accessories NST’s

Heavy-duty containers stack with or without lids and nest together to save space when empty. Here’s an example of 9 ea. 35180 NST’s stacked on a 30936 Large Beige ProCart™. ProCart™ and NST’s are sold separately. NST and ProCart™ color must be specified when ordering.

ProCart™ Accessories Akro-Grids

Colorful, dividable containers organize small-to-medium size parts for storage or transfer. Akro-Grids stack with or without lids. Here’s an example of 12 ea. 33166 Akro-Grids® stacked on a 30936 Large Grey ProCart™. ProCart™ and Akro-Grids are sold separately. Akro-Grid and ProCart™ color must be specified when ordering.

ProCart™ Accessories AkroBins®

Use the Rail Kit to hang Steel Cabinets on you ProCart™. Here’s and example of a Large Gray ProCart® 30936, Large Rail Kit 30906, and Large Cart Option D which consists of 32 ea. 30230 AkroBins®, 4 ea. 19909 Steel Cabinets and 4 ea. 98400 Suspension Straps. ProCart™, Rail Kit , Steel Cabinets and suspension straps are sold separately. ProCart™ and AkroBin® color must be specified when ordering.
