Here’s a photo of the latest Metalware Hi-Rise shelving installation taking place at a electronic component distributer in New England. This installation consists of 400 sections of Metalware Shelving, 24″ x 48″ x 20′-8″ tall with 14 shelves per section, arranged in 5 double rows 40 long. Here you can see the installer has positioned the first sections of each row in their proper location and will build out each row in succession.

Cogan safegarde partition panels are made of framed 2”x2”x10GA welded wire mesh reinforced with two ½” round bars, which divide the panels into three equal sections. Frames are made of 1 ¼”x1 ¼”x12GA structural angle. Available in a variety of standard and custom sizes for your convenience. Standard line and corner posts are made of 2”x2”x16GA square seam welded tubing, welded to a 6”x6”x1/4” base plate for perfect support and rigidity. Floor-to-ceiling partitions that surpass 24’ are mounted on 3”x3”x10GA posts and welded to 8”x8”x1/4” base plates to ensure sufficient reinforcement.

Rol-Lift® Hand Pallet Trucks from Presto Lifts Inc. are available in a variety of sizes, configurations, and capacities for virtually any use. Economy models designed for occasional use have 4,500 lb. capacity and 48″ forks. For more frequent use, Standard and Heavy Duty models have 5,000 lb. and 5,500 lb. capacities and are available in 20.5″ or 27″ wide configurations with fork lengths as short as 32″ and as long as 72″. Super Duty Trucks have a 6,500 lb. capacity and are also available in a wide range of fork lengths and widths.
